First you will need WinZip, or any other unzipping utility. My intention in providing this IRC Help page was to make the transition to IRC as painless as possible. To obtain the latest version of Winzip, use the banner advert on the Tucows page. Find your local mirror site and download the shareware version or the lates beta version.
OK great... now you have WinZip. The file you are about to load is a zipped one.... that's why you need it :)
Right then... here we go;
Take your pick of mIRC or Pirch (available in 32 bit or 16 bit formats).
